Every career journey is shaped by learning, challenges, and the willingness to keep growing. My journey in software testing has taken me through different technologies, domains, and responsibilities, eventually leading me to Oracle Fusion HCM.
Where It All Started
I started my career in software testing, where I learned the importance of understanding business requirements, thinking from a user’s perspective, and paying attention to the details that can make a difference in software quality. Over the years, I have worked across different domains and applications, gaining experience in functional testing, defect management, test planning, and end-to-end testing.
Growing with Oracle Fusion HCM
My experience with Oracle Fusion HCM has given me the opportunity to work closely with business processes and enterprise applications, particularly in the Human Resources and Recruiting areas. Working with Oracle HCM has expanded my understanding beyond testing and helped me appreciate how configuration, business requirements, workflows, data, integrations, and user experience come together in an enterprise application
Beyond Functional Testing
Over time, I have also explored REST API testing, accessibility testing, and different tools and approaches that can improve the quality of software. I enjoy learning new technologies and finding practical ways to apply them in my day-to-day work.
Why I Created Sadhana’s Journal
I created Sadhana’s Journal as a space to document what I learn, share useful knowledge, and write about the experiences and interests that are part of my life. Along with technology and professional topics, I hope to explore books, travel, food, fitness, music, AI, and the many small lessons we discover along the way.
This is the beginning of a new chapter for me — a place to learn, grow, and inspire.
